Shipping & Returns - Repairs
Once you have placed your order via the website, you will receive a confirmation email with full instructions. Please follow the steps below to send your footwear to our repairs workshop.
How to Send Your Footwear
Place your worn item(s) in secure shipping packaging (packaging is not provided).
Include your order confirmation inside the parcel, clearly showing your order number, name and return address.
Please remove any loose items you wish to keep (e.g. insoles, laces, boot trees, accessories).
Use a secure, tracked postal service to send your parcel to the address provided in your confirmation email (see below for workshop locations).

Shipping Costs
Shipping to our workshop is not included. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the cost of sending their footwear to us.
Return postage is charged at checkout and is based on your location.
Turnaround Time
Our expected turnaround time is under 3 weeks from the date your footwear arrives at our workshop.
