Find the repair service you'd like, add it to basket and checkout. Securely package your item with order confirmation, name, and address. Post it to the BRC. Your item will be repaired and returned to you. Find out more on our How It Works page.

Wherever possible, we use authentic Timberland parts and materials. In the rare case this won’t work, Timberland has approved some close-match, high-quality alternatives.

Shipping is not included. The customer is responsible for sending the footwear or item to the BRC. Return postage is charged based on location at checkout.
